A project of The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation, Art Place at Fort Totten is a multi-phase, mixed-use project located in Washington, D.C. near the Fort Totten Metro station. Built on the belief in creativity for the betterment of community, the neighourhood is set to cover a meaningful range of residential and commercial uses, including a childcare facility, children’s museum, grocery store, and mixture of community and arts spaces. tvg is tasked with designing and managing the performance venue alongside the various hospitality spaces with a keen focus on celebrating local creativity and innovation.
