At our core, we are dedicated to enriching the community and elevating the live music industry.

In the winter of 2015, a family discussion in upstate New York sparked a solution to challenges facing the live entertainment and hospitality industries. Independent music venues were struggling despite rising concert attendance, and hospitality faced stiff competition with ever-shortening attention spans and new concepts.

The solution was to combine the strengths of both industries. Live entertainment venues, though only open for a few hours a week, have remained relevant for over 100 years. They are third places that so many of us gravitate towards to have joyful experiences with our friends, families, and with artists we admire. By creating exceptional food and drink experiences adjacent to these venues, we could address the challenges facing bars and restaurants while maintaining footfall.

We see music as a catalyst for positive change, driving socioeconomic development through the creation of venues that celebrate not only live music but also exceptional food and beverage experiences.

And, while live entertainment venues may be open only a few hours each week, they’ve stood the test of time as vital “third places” that draw us in. These are the spaces where we gather to connect—with friends, families, and artists we admire. Somewhere between the melody and the lyric lies a truth that pulls us from our screens and into the shared experience of standing, singing, and celebrating together.
