Huntsville’s Orion Amphitheater announces gala opening

Between May 13-15, 2022, The Orion Amphitheater, will celebrate its opening weekend with The First Waltz — a landmark event, in the iconic venue, bringing together community and a cross-section of artists with deep ties to the North Alabama, who have each played a role in the enduring legacy of the region.

Some of the names included in the momentous three-day event are Brittany Howard, Drive-by Truckers, Emmylou Harris, Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, John Paul White, Mavis Staples, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, and Waxahatchee with more guests to be announced.
